Although they’re not wedding cakes, below, you’ll find three of my most extraordinary and unique cake designs and creations.

One of our exceptional cake was custom-designed for a dedicated Edward Scissorhands fan. The cake boasts a fondant finish, featuring a hand-painted portrait of Edward himself, while his distinctive hands were crafted using a combination of sugar modelling and flower paste. Though a slightly time-consuming project, the final result was truly rewarding. The particular flavour for this cake was lemon.

Another cake was created for an art enthusiast with a playful twist. The iconic Mona Lisa is hand-painted onto the cake, while the bubblegum effect is achieved using coloured gelatin. Adding to the surprise, this delectable cake creation was infused with the rich flavour of Guinness.

This cake was a labour of love for my beautiful daughter, who had a complete fascination with ET at the time. It is a Double Chocolate Cake throughout, with ET’s facial features crafted using modelling chocolate and paste. The cake's structure was skillfully reinforced with Cake Frame, and the only non-edible component is the small light in his finger.
